Qube Office Interiors will appoint a build team under the direction of the site foreman to construct every element of the working environment in accordance with the agreed design and technical specification. Qube have no affiliation to any one manufacturer and so each environment will be exclusive to any client, in line with their individual design ideas.

Qube will appoint a Technical Engineer to provide mechanical and electrical expertise from concept to solution. Under instruction from the Projects Director, the technical engineer will design, manage works, commission, and test the power, data, air conditioning, fire safety, security and any other automation works.

Qube will appoint a Site Foreman to manage the general building works and on-site contractors, to ensure quality standards are met in the construction phase of your design and build project.

The Project Director will liaise with planning, building control and landlord representatives, as required.
