Qube Office Interiors understands the need for the client to be in a position to have a clear vision of the total project. Our building analysis facility provides clients with a dedicated personal document covering every aspect of the building’s infrastructure, enabling them to determine suitability. This function can be incorporated in the design and build process or be a “stand alone” service, and is appropriate for both new and existing premises.

Services

It is usual for premises to have services installed covering electricity, gas and water, but this cannot be taken for granted. It cannot be assumed that the current installations are adequate. Thus, it is imperative that detailed investigation be undertaken to establish the viability of the base build services.

Facilities

With the ever growing list of legislative criteria applied to business operations, it is necessary that adequate facilities are provided to ensure the welfare of the staff members.
