Qube Office Interiors

      Facts

Health and Safety audit

Qube Office interiors will use the latest Health and Safety legislation as guidance to ensure the design and build project at least meets the criteria for modern workplace environments. The reference legislation includes:

         Health and Safety at Work Act 1974;

         Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999;

         Construction Design and Management regulations 2007.

Green Policies

Qube Office Interiors will propose environmental policies that can be readily adopted in the working environment, considering recycled materials and recycling, energy supply and savings, and organic product opportunities from paint finishes to fabrics.

Workplace environmental assessments will be made in accordance with B.R.E.E.A.M. (British Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) and L.E.E.D. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) green building ratings.

Qube Office Interiors actively support green policies in our workplace. Indeed we keep paperwork to a minimum by allowing our clients to communicate and view project plans and correspondence details on line rather than on hard copy. Unlike our competitors, Qube Office Interiors will not produce a binder of contract proposals and correspondence unless you request the paper format.
